Elizabeth Creger, Principal

Principal of Asset Resource Group which she founded in 1996, Elizabeth has been a real estate recruiter since 1985. She formerly spent 10 years as Director of Real Estate Services for Search West, a major West Coast search firm.

She has been a guest speaker, moderator and panelist at real estate industry conferences including:

  • Commercial Real Estate Women Network (CREW Network);
  • Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM);
  • Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA); and
  • International Facility Managers Association (IFMA).

She is an active member of Urban Land Institute (ULI), Women In Real Estate (WIRE) and CREW Network where she has served on the local CREW - San Francisco's Board of Directors as President and Vice President, Director of Programs.

Previously Ms. Creger held marketing positions with RCA Globcom in San Francisco and the Xerox Corporation in Chicago. She holds a BA in Journalism from San Jose State University and has completed numerous professional sales training programs.


Susan Murry, Associate

Susan Murry joined Asset Resource Group in 2003. Her primary role is to facilitate the much needed industry and market research for candidate identification, development and sourcing. In addition she maintains correspondence, calendaring, database management, scheduling and more. She works closely with both clients and candidates throughout the search process.

Prior to ARG, Susan spent 10 years with J:Blakslee International, a retained executive search firm in Marin County, working on all phases of executive search. Earlier in her career she held key project management and consulting positions in several different industries.


Charlie Creger, SVP of Mood Enhancement

Charlie became an integral member of ARG in 2004 after a few short stints with far less appreciative groups. His primary role is providing tension relief, afternoon required breaks and endless soothing hugs and kisses.
